yaplab's AI features run on OpenAI, and the app asks your permission before sending anything — naming the data, the recipient and the route first. The first 25 AI actions are relayed through yaplab's own stateless server; after that you add your own OpenAI API key and requests go straight from your device to OpenAI, billed to you. Your recordings, scripts and projects stay on your device — there is no yaplab account and no server-side copy. The privacy policy spells out exactly what leaves the device and why.
